Formación

  • 3+ years in customer-facing roles such as sales or consulting.

Who you can become with us…

As a Premier Google Cloud Service and reselling partner, TRKKN seeks a dynamic and technically proficient individual to join our team in the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in bridging the gap between our sales team and clients, ensuring our innovative cloud solutions are clearly understood and effectively implemented. This position requires a deep understanding of cloud architecture, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies. If you are passionate about cloud technology and thrive in a collaborative environment, this role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact.

Your tasks include :
  1. Deliver pre-sales presentations and technical deep dives, explaining the intricacies of TRKKN’s Cloud solutions to potential clients
  2. Collaborate with the Sales Representative (Managing Director, Business Development, Account Manager) to understand and translate client needs into technical requirements
  3. Support clients in finding & prioritizing use cases for TRKKN Cloud solutions
  4. Architecture a proposed solution based on client needs (in collaboration with Tech Leads)
  5. Creation of Statements of Work (SOWs) outlining the project scope and proposed Google Cloud solution, functionalities, and implementation details
  6. Cooperation with Google Cloud technical client teams on proposed solutions and broader client picture
  7. Act as the technical liaison between the sales and Cloud delivery teams, ensuring clear communication and project understanding
  8. Address potential clients' technical questions and concerns, providing crucial input for accurate quote generation
  9. Internal education of colleagues on TRKKN Cloud solutions
The person we are looking for…
Preferred qualifications :
  1. Customer-facing experience in sales, sales engineering, consulting, or related function (3+ years)
  2. Experience in one or more programming and database languages (e.g., Python, SQL)
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor technical information to diverse audiences with different technical backgrounds.
  4. Active listening skills to effectively grasp client needs and challenges.
Additional Skills :
  1. Deep understanding of Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including Cloud Infrastructure & Landing Zone, Advanced Analytics, AI, ML, Data Engineering, and ETL.
  2. Expertise in Digital Marketing is a strong plus, especially in the Google Marketing Platform (GMP), Google Ads, and Social Media (Meta, etc.).
  3. Familiarity with cloud solution architecture and best practices.
  4. Experience crafting technical SOWs.
  5. Experience working with clients across the EMEA region is preferred.
  6. English (fluent), German preferred
