A dynamic multinational tech company, Seargin, is seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer to work on innovative projects remotely from Spain. This role requires significant expertise in AWS and cloud security to manage services effectively, with an initial contract duration of 6+ months. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in public cloud platforms, infrastructure management, and automation.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in cloud services.
• Strong experience with public cloud platforms, especially AWS and GCP.
• Expertise in cloud security and automation scripting.

Responsabilidades

• Manage cloud services with a focus on security.
• Implement cloud security controls and disaster recovery plans.
• Utilize Infrastructure as Code tools for deployment.

Currently, for the new Seargin project, we are looking for an experienced Cloud Engineer (5+ years of experience).

About the job

Model : Remotely from Spain (other EU countries to be considered too)

Duration : 6+ months first contract

Start : ASAP is possible

Recruitment process : 2 interviews (technical interview + meeting with the manager)

FTE : 1

We’re not looking for just a DevOps who only worked with CI / CD. The consultant must have experience in managing cloud services in the security area.

Qualifications

• Public Cloud Platforms : AWS (Amazon Web Services), Google Cloud Platform
• Infrastructure as Code : Terraform, CloudFormation
• Containers (EKS, Fargate),
• Configuration Management (AWS System Manager - SSM or Ansible)
• DevSecOps specialist
• AWS Serverless architectures
• Cloud Security Controls implementation
• Virtual Private Cloud (VPC), networking architecture in AWS
• Disaster Recovery Plan (DRC) implementation in Cloud architectures
• Strong scripting and automation skills (bash, python, go, ansible)
