We are seeking an experienced Cloud Operations Architect to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer adoption and use of AWS services.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Advise on solutions and provide technical guidance to customers.
• Develop trusting relationships with customers and understand their business needs and technical challenges.
• Drive technical discussions regarding incidents, trade-offs, and risk management.
• Collaborate with AWS Solutions Architects, Business Developers, Professional Services Consultants, and Sales Account Managers.
