Hitachi Energy is seeking a skilled .NET Backend Developer to design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems and APIs in a Barcelona-based role. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable services using C# and the .NET platform.

The ideal candidate has strong C#, experience with EF Core, RESTful APIs, and relational databases, plus English and Spanish communication skills for global collaboration.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a .NET Backend Developer.
• Strong proficiency in C# and the .NET framework (Core/5+).
• Solid understanding of OOP and design patterns.
• Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and ORM (EF Core).
• Familiarity with RESTful API design and development.
• Experience with Git and version control.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, test, and deploy backend services using C# and the .NET framework.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Work with SQL Server and PostgreSQL for data storage and retrieval.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure quality and architectural alignment.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Contribute to process improvements and adoption of new technologies.
