Senior Client Partner, Commercial & Marketing Insights – Europe

Position Type : Permanent - Multiple EU locations

Following Oracle’s acquisition of Cerner, the largest EHR provider globally, and Cerner Enviza, a renowned life sciences consultancy, Oracle Life Sciences offers a unique opportunity to make a difference in clients' lives and patient outcomes.

We are expanding our team and are seeking an experienced Senior Client Partner with a background in Commercial / Marketing Insights to join our European Client Partner team.

Role Overview

The Senior Client Partner will represent Oracle Life Sciences to Life Sciences / Rx clients across Europe, engaging with key functions such as Brand and Marketing, Business Intelligence, Market Access, Patient Advocacy, Digital, and related data and scientific areas.

This role manages client accounts, with success measured by sales, revenue KPIs, and delivering high-quality engagements in collaboration with subject matter experts. The position reports to the Executive Client Partner.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic business plans aligned with client priorities.
  • Manage and grow Oracle Life Sciences' presence at the client level.
  • Build and maintain relationships across all client levels.
  • Lead proposal development, pitch decisions, and engagement strategies in collaboration with Research and Consulting leaders. Act as a senior sponsor to ensure quality delivery.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members.
  • Lead specific client engagements, including team and resource selection.
  • Collaborate with Research & Consulting to determine final pricing.
  • Participate actively in the global ecosystem and promote a collaborative team environment.

Required Capabilities

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business or Life Sciences.
  • Extensive experience in healthcare or pharma business, research, or commercial research, with strong client relationship skills.
  • Ability to build cross-functional relationships, influence others, think strategically, and communicate effectively.
  • Proven success in supporting life sciences clients with research programs.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for client meetings, conferences, and internal events.
