Empower our clients with the tools and engagement strategies they need to achieve their business goals. This role is pivotal in guiding our global clients through onboarding, ensuring consistent value realization, and shaping their success metrics.
- Approach customer needs from an operational perspective to positively impact key performance areas of a company.
- Build long-term B2B relationships with local and international clients and decision makers.
- Create internal playbooks and customer guides to operationalize best practices and increase scalability.
- Ensure consistent value delivery to customer expectations, minimizing churn risk and developing growth opportunities.
- Diagnose and close expansion, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities in the current portfolio of customers.
- Help us improve our engagement inside clients to be seen as a tool of their company instead of an external collaborator.
- Accurately and thoroughly document information in our CRM and internal databases following defined parameters.
- Develop effective clinical engagement and communication plans that deliver and sustain positive impact on employee mental wellbeing with support from our corporate clinical department.
We are seeking a dynamic individual with :
- At least 5 years of proven experience in customer success or client-facing roles, preferably in enterprise settings.
- A strong interest in psychology and mental health, enhancing understanding of client needs.
- Experience in SaaS companies is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong storytelling and communication abilities to effectively convey data-driven insights.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive client success.
- Demonstrated personal ownership, proactivity, and teamwork.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects concurrently.
