• Degree in IT engineering required.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Citrix support.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Windows Server environments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 3rd level support for Citrix applications.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams on delivery projects.
• Generate reports on application delivery services.

Conocimientos

Senior management experience with Citrix XenDesktop

We're looking for a 3rd level Senior Citrix expert profile to provide services to one of our clients in the pharmaceutical sector.

TASKS

You'll be responsible for:

• Providing 3rd level support to integrate and troubleshoot applications in Citrix.
• Supporting internal employees and managed services in projects and initiatives related to application delivery.
• Communicating and collaborating with different IT areas and the business.
• Providing reports on various data related to application delivery services.

SKILLS

• Degree in IT engineering or equivalent.
• Senior management experience with Citrix XenDesktop for published applications and master images.
• 3rd level support experience for Citrix published applications.
• Experience managing master images (Citrix vDisk, PVS, etc.).
• Development of complex PowerShell automations.
• Management of Microsoft Windows Server environments (Active Directory, GPOs, terminal servers), including Active Directory and GPO management.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Ansible, Reporting, Citrix infrastructure, MS Azure, Citrix AppLayering.

SCHEDULE

• 08/09h - 17/18h, Monday to Friday.
• 1-2 days/week assistance at the office; 3-4 days remote.
