About the role

Appfire is seeking an experienced Sr. Channel Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing team. At Appfire, our Channel Partners represent our most significant growth driver, generating the majority of our revenue. This high visibility role provides an outsized opportunity to make a direct impact on the business by shaping and executing strategic partner marketing initiatives.

The Sr. Channel Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across channel management and marketing to execute effective partner marketing strategies that align with business objectives. Your everyday tasks will include:

  1. Develop and execute to-partner, through-partner and co-marketing campaigns to empower partners in effectively marketing and selling our products and solutions.
  2. Deeply understand partners' business priorities to identify mutually beneficial opportunities for joint campaigns, initiatives and thought leadership that increases awareness of our expanding footprint.
  3. Provide strategic guidance and support to partners on joint marketing efforts, ensuring compelling messaging, brand consistency, and effective execution.
  4. Collaborate with channel management, marketing, and marketplace teams to identify market opportunities and initiatives that expand our market reach and drive impact.
  5. Design and scale co-marketing programs including joint events, webinars, digital marketing, and thought leadership that generate revenue and foster partner engagement.
  6. Oversee and optimize a co-marketing budget, ensuring resources are strategically allocated to high-impact programs.
  7. Define, track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of channel marketing programs including lead generation, solution adoption, and revenue impact.
  8. Act as the bridge between the channel and marketing teams, ensuring alignment on strategy, messaging, content creation, and overall channel marketing initiatives.

Skills and experience you'll need to succeed:

  1. 5+ years of experience in channel / partner marketing
  2. A strong understanding of B2B tech partner ecosystems, channel dynamics, and co-marketing best practices.
  3. Proven success in building, executing and scaling marketing programs, across multiple channels and/or audiences
  4. Ability to build strong relationships with partners and internal teams, aligning strategies for mutual success.
  5. Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills
  6. Experience interacting with senior-level executives, both internally and externally, with the ability to influence and drive strategic initiatives.
  7. Highly-organized and detail-oriented team player and leader.
