Amaris Consulting in Barcelona is seeking a seasoned Change Manager to lead the change management stream for a Coupa P2P rollout across Colombia, Mexico and Argentina. You will collaborate with global program teams and local stakeholders to drive adoption of new processes and tools.

The role requires hands-on change leadership, strong P2P knowledge, and the ability to coordinate activities across three countries while delivering clear communications, training plans and governance-ready

Formación

• Proven experience leading change management for P2P implementations in global organisations.
• Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay processes (procurement, invoicing, supplier management).
• Hands-on experience identifying resistance to change and implementing solutions.

Responsabilidades

• 1. Change Management Leadership: define strategy, plan and drive adoption.
• 2. Communication & Stakeholder Management: design plans and coordinate messages.
• 3. Training & Adoption: develop training plans for locations.
• 4. Project Management & Reporting: track progress across three countries.
• 5. Business Readiness & Go-Live: support go-live and stabilisation.
