A leading fintech firm is seeking a Senior Program Manager – Cards to lead and deliver complex card initiatives. This role requires managing cross-functional teams, focusing on program management within the card issuing domain. Candidates should have at least 8 years of program management experience and a deep understanding of payment flows. Formación

• At least 8 years of experience in program management, with at least 4 years focused on card issuing or payments.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, multi‑stakeholder programmes in fintech or financial services.
• Deep knowledge of card issuing platforms, network rules (Visa/Mastercard), and payment flows.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organisational skills.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, global, and cross‑functional environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex card programs and initiatives.
• Work cross-functionally with product, engineering, compliance, and operations.
• Own every issuing launch and manage the full life cycle.
• Ensure compliance with Visa/Mastercard rulebooks and manage scheme readiness.
