Ria Money Transfer is seeking a Wallet & Card Program Manager to lead the strategy, design, and technical implementation of our digital wallet and debit card programs in Europe. The role sits at the intersection of product, payments technology, and regulatory compliance, owning the end-to-end lifecycle from vision to implementation.

Formación

• 5+ years in fintech, payments, or digital banking
• Hands-on experience with card issuing programs and digital wallet integrations
• Experience working with third-party processors and core banking platforms
• Ability to translate strategy into scalable product

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for Payment Accounts, Debit Cards, and Digital Wallet capabilities
• Continuously evaluate market trends, competitive offerings, and customer needs to identify opportunities for new features and monetization
• Design and oversee the end-to-end wallet and card ecosystem architecture, integrating internal and external systems
• Drive end-to-end testing and validation to ensure accounts and card functionalities operate across all platforms during releases
• Prioritize initiatives and maintain a structured product backlog and delivery roadmap
• Gather and prioritize requirements from internal stakeholders including business, operations, compliance, and customer support
• Define functional requirements and translate business requirements into clear product specifications for core banking capabilities
• Drive innovation in wallet functionality including card controls, real-time payments, tokenized payments, APY, multicalurrency and digital banking capabilities
• Manage strategic relationships with card schemes (e.g., Visa / Mastercard), card processors, and other payment infrastructure providers
• Define and manage the full product lifecycle of Payment Account and Card products
• Ensure operational teams have the processes, tools, and documentation needed to support payment products effectively
• Ensure strong program governance, tracking delivery progress, managing risks, and timely resolution of blockers
• Strategic thinking with strong execution mindset

Description

We are seeking a Wallets & Card Program Manager to lead the strategy, design, and technical implementation of our digital wallet and debit card programs in Europe. This role sits at the intersection of product, payments technology, and regulatory compliance, and will own the end-to-end lifecycle of wallet and card solutions — from product vision to scheme integration, launch, and optimization.

The ideal candidate combines strong product thinking with hands-on understanding of Payment Accounts, card issuing payment rails, digital wallets and core banking integrations.

What You’ll Own

• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for Payment Accounts, Debit Cards, and Digital Wallet capabilities, aligning with company growth strategy, regulatory requirements, and market opportunities
• Continuously evaluate market trends, competitive offerings, and customers need to identify opportunities for new product features, monetization models.
• Design and oversee the end-to-end card and wallet ecosystem architecture, integrating internal and external systems
• Drive end-to-end testing and validation to ensure Accounts and Card functionalities operate seamlessly across all platforms during each product implementation and release
