Qualifications

• Mandatory BA experience within Cards, Payments, or Financial Services.
• Deep knowledge of Visa and Mastercard schemes and settlement.
• Experience in card payment processing and reconciliation.
• Experience with international card schemes and lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements related to card payments.

Responsibilities

• Analyze end-to-end card transaction flows from authorization through settlement.
• Investigate and resolve clearing and settlement discrepancies.
• Monitor Visa/Mastercard rule changes and assess impact on processes.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements; translate to specs.
• Collaborate with Technology during solution design, implementation, and testing.
• Coordinate implementation activities with stakeholders; act as SME on schemes.
• Provide incident management, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
