A travel consultancy is looking for a Senior Business Travel Consultant to provide exemplary customer support in a remote/hybrid setting. You will manage travel bookings and inform clients about various travel options. Candidates need to have extensive experience with GDS systems and customer service. Formación

• 5+ years of experience in a business travel consultant role.
• 3+ years of GDS experience is mandatory.
• Ability to work rotating shifts.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via chat, calls, and emails.
• Handle complex travel bookings including flights and accommodations.
• Stay updated with travel information and service providers.

Conocimientos

Fluent English (C1)

Customer service experience

GDS experience (Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo)

Proficiency with Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, Salesforce

1. Provide customer support via chat, calls, and emails, ensuring a smooth travel experience
2. Stay up to date with relevant travel information, destinations, and service providers
3. Assess customer needs, urgency, and preferences efficiently
4. Handle complex travel bookings, including flights, rail, accommodations, and additional services

Requirements

• Fluent English (C1), both written and spoken
• 5+ years of experience in a business travel consultant role, handling air, rail, and accommodation bookings
• 3+ years of experience using GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo) – Mandatory
• Experience in customer-facing roles or contact center environments
• Proficiency with tools such as Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, and Salesforce
• Ability to work rotating shifts (Monday to Sunday, 7 AM – 11 PM)
