Responsibilities Provide customer support via chat, calls, and emails, ensuring a smooth travel experience Stay up to date with relevant travel information, destinations, and service providers Assess customer needs, urgency, and preferences efficiently Handle complex travel bookings, including flights, rail, accommodations, and additional services
Requirements Fluent English (C1), both written and spoken 5+ years of experience in a business travel consultant role, handling air, rail, and accommodation bookings 3+ years of experience using GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo) – Mandatory Experience in customer-facing roles or contact center environments Proficiency with tools such as Gmail, Zendesk, Slack, and Salesforce Ability to work rotating shifts (Monday to Sunday, 7 AM – 11 PM)
