Formación

• 5+ years of experience in a business travel consultant role.
• 3+ years of experience using GDS (Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo) – Mandatory.
• Ability to work rotating shifts (Monday to Sunday, 7 AM – 11 PM)

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support via chat, calls, and emails.
• Handle complex travel bookings, including flights, rail, accommodations, and additional services.
• Assess customer needs, urgency, and preferences efficiently.
