We are currently expanding our team and are looking for a Senior Business Process Consultant who is passionate about technology, sustainability, and making a real-world impact.

What you will be doing to make a difference :

1. Partner with clients to review and improve their scheduling and business processes
2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to implement our software in a cloud-based environment
3. Configure market packages and lead deployment initiatives
4. Stay up to date with market developments in the European power and gas sectors
5. Analyse and document changes in logistics markets across Europe
6. Contribute to solution design for new markets and help adapt to evolving regulations
7. Create technical specifications for our development teams
8. Plan and facilitate client workshops, training, and presentations
9. Mentor colleagues and share your expertise with the wider team

What you need to succeed :

1. Experience in European Energy market with power and gas scheduling processes
2. A Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in business administration, computer science, IT, or a related field
3. 3+ years of experience in a business process consulting or similar role
4. Strong project management and problem-solving skills
5. Excellent communication in English; German language skills are a plus
6. A proactive, people-focused approach with strong interpersonal skills
7. Confidence working independently and collaboratively within international teams

This role reports to the Head of the DeltaXE Consulting Team and collaborates closely with our talented consultants across Europe. While we are hiring for our offices in Germany, we are open to considering other Volue locations for the right candidate.
