Senior Payroll Coordinator Job Description

As a Senior Payroll Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing for our retail operations across Spain. This role requires strong analytical and organizational skills, as well as excellent communication abilities to work effectively with various stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have experience in payroll administration, human resources information systems (HRIS), and data management. You will need to stay up-to-date with Spanish labor laws and regulations, and maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in your work.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Process payroll accurately and efficiently, including generating reports and performing calculations
  • Manage HRIS systems, including updating employee records and maintaining data integrity
  • Develop and implement processes to improve data quality and reduce errors
  • Collaborate with external vendors to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Provide guidance and support to store teams on payroll-related matters

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in payroll administration, HRIS, or related field
  • Fluent in English, with basic knowledge of Spanish
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and v-lookup formulas
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
