Mimacom busca un/a Senior Business Operations Specialist para liderar forecasting, seguimiento financiero y gobernanza de datos a nivel organizativo. Esta posición es una sustitución por maternidad con una duración prevista de al menos 18 meses, con posibilidad de continuidad según rendimiento y necesidades.

Trabajarás con equipos de ventas, finanzas y operaciones para asegurar precisión operativa, informes de rendimiento y mejoras de procesos en un entorno de soluciones de software, nube e IA.

Formación

• Experiencia en operaciones comerciales, finanzas u operaciones comerciales.
• Capacidad para traducir datos en insights accionables para la toma de decisiones.
• Fuerte manejo de procesos de contratos, facturación y ingresos.

Responsabilidades

• Gestionar y mejorar el proceso de forecasting y seguimiento de presupuesto.
• Apoyar la ejecución de operaciones, gestión de contratos, facturación y reporting.
• Desarrollar KPIs, dashboards e informes para la toma de decisiones.
• Garantizar calidad de datos en CRM, finanzas y sistemas contables.
• Identificar mejoras de procesos para optimizar la eficiencia operativa.
• Proporcionar soporte administrativo y operativo diario.

We are looking for a Senior Business Operations Specialist to play a key role in forecasting, financial tracking, data governance, and operational excellence across the organization.

As a Senior Business Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring operational transparency and business accuracy across key commercial and financial processes. This position is offered as a maternity leave replacement with an expected duration of at least 18 months. As Mimacom continues to grow, we see this as an excellent opportunity for a long-term collaboration, with the potential to transition into a permanent role based on business needs and performance.

What You'll Do

• Own the forecasting process: Monitor forecast accuracy, track order backlog and budget performance, and identify, analyze, and communicate variances, risks, and opportunities.
• Support business operations execution: Manage and coordinate key processes related to contract administration, billing activities, revenue management, and operational reporting.
• Deliver meaningful business insights: Prepare and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and performance reports that support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
• Champion data quality: Ensure the integrity, consistency, and completeness of information across CRM, finance, and accounting systems through proactive data management and governance.
• Drive operational excellence: Identify opportunities to improve processes, streamline workflows, and enhance operational efficiency across teams.
• Enable day-to-day business success: Provide reliable administrative and operational support, managing ad hoc requests while ensuring smooth execution of business activities.

What You'll Bring

You are detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working at the intersection of operations, finance, and business management. You enjoy creating structure, solving problems, and ensuring that critical business processes run smoothly. You also bring:

• Several years of experience in Business Operations, Finance Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or a similar business support function.
• Strong understanding of forecasting, budgeting, financial reporting, and operational performance tracking.
• Experience supporting contract management, billing processes, and revenue-related activities.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
• Hands-on experience working with CRM, finance, and accounting systems while maintaining a strong focus on data quality.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across different business functions.
• Very good Spanish (min. C1) and English (min. C1).
