Mimacom is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to lead end-to-end analytics initiatives, from data exploration and modelling to deployment and business adoption.

You will partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate insights into measurable value, building scalable ML pipelines with Python, PySpark and SQL on large-scale datasets, and communicating findings in both English and Spanish.

Formación

• Strong experience in ML and statistical modelling.
• Proven expertise in forecasting, optimisation, clustering, regression, recommendation systems and other advanced analytics techniques.
• Strong programming skills in Python, PySpark, and SQL.
• Hands-on experience working with Databricks and large-scale datasets.
• Experience with model selection, validation, performance evaluation, and explainability methodologies.
• Experience building and maintaining production-grade ML pipelines.
• Strong communication, presentation, and data storytelling skills.
• Strong business mindset with the ability to connect analytical solutions to tangible business outcomes.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

As a Senior Data Scientist, you will focus on traditional Machine Learning and Advanced Analytics initiatives, working with large-scale datasets to develop and deploy production-ready solutions. You will partner with business and technical stakeholders to identify opportunities, build analytical products, and translate insights into measurable business value. This role is primarily focused on classical Machine Learning rather than Generative AI or Large Language Models.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end Machine Learning and Advanced Analytics solutions.
