Discover life at TheFork

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Quality, Compliance & Fraud (QC&F) team within Operations, combining strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving skills, and project management capabilities to help improve and scale operational processes across different business areas. From fraud prevention and quality improvement to operational efficiency and automation, you'll work on diverse challenges that directly impact our business, restaurant partners and users.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys connecting business challenges, data, and technology: diving into data, challenging existing processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, translating insights into actionable solutions, and driving projects from idea to implementation.

We are looking for someone who is curious, proactive, and comfortable exploring new tools and technologies. While coding experience is a plus, it is not a requirement. What matters most is the ability to understand complex problems, think critically, and find practical, scalable solutions.

We value people who see AI not simply as a tool to generate answers, but as an opportunity to learn faster, explore new approaches, automate repetitive tasks, and expand what they can achieve independently.

What you will do:

As a Business Analyst in our Quality, Compliance & Fraud (QC&F) team, you’ll have the opportunity to shape how Operations works, solve meaningful business challenges, and drive initiatives with tangible impact across the organization. You’ll have the ownership and autonomy to turn your ideas into real improvements.

  • Lead analytical and operational improvement projects, turning ambiguous business problems into structured solutions and measurable outcomes.
  • Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to align on solutions, influence decisions and drive projects.
  • Challenge existing processes and business requirements, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities to redesign how teams operate.
  • Translate data and business insights into clear recommendations, decision frameworks and actionable implementation plans.
  • Work hands‑on with SQL, data and AI‑powered tools to develop analytical solutions, improve operational workflows and drive smarter ways of working.
  • Design scalable KPIs, dashboards and monitoring frameworks to improve decision‑making, performance visibility and risk management.
  • Establish best practices, documentation and reusable frameworks that improve how analytical and operational problems are solved across the organization.
Who you are:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Statistics or another quantitative or analytical field.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, data analysis, operations, consulting, fraud, risk or a related analytical role, with demonstrated autonomy and ownership.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, written and spoken.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Comfortable challenging existing processes and assumptions, redesigning workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy and scalability.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, with the ability to write, understand and adapt queries to support analysis and business decisions
  • Curiosity and willingness to leverage AI.
  • Strong project ownership mindset, able to define requirements, prioritize work, coordinate stakeholders and drive initiatives.
  • Proactive, results‑oriented and comfortable taking initiative.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have:
  • Hands‑on experience with AI tools for automation, prototyping or analytical solutions.
  • Python or other scripting experience, particularly for data manipulation, automation or prototyping.
  • Experience working on process transformation or operational excellence initiatives, especially where solutions needed to be scalable across teams.
What we offer you:
  • Flexible working environment (2 days home office per week + up to 4 total weeks additional flexibility during the summer period and in December to work fully remotely)
  • Competitive fixed salary and bonus
  • Lunch vouchers available for each working day (because yes, we like to try our best restaurants)
  • International teams and a multicultural environment spanning 10 offices across Europe
  • Highly inclusive working environment
  • Lifestyle benefits that can be used to reimburse expenses related to physical and leisure activities, family support, travel etc
  • Continuous learning and development programs
  • Free access to the Calm app to help you build resilience wherever you are in your mental health journey
  • Dedicated parental leave and caregiver leave policies (12 weeks fully paid)
  • A program dedicated to helping you have the best work/life balance
  • Health insurance fully covered by the company
  • Life & Disability Insurance at no cost to the employee
  • Amazing offices with dining, a coffee point on each floor, and leisure area
