What we are looking for

Responsibilities
  • Be a Senior Business Manager
  • Define prospects and market targets for the Outsourcing area
  • Contact clients and schedule prospecting meetings
  • Present the Affinity portfolio to prospects
  • Manage and follow up on client accounts
  • Follow up with candidates and support interviews
  • Lead the IT Consultants team
  • Participate in the performance evaluation of Consultants
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Human Resources, or similar fields
  • Over 3 years of professional experience as a Business Manager / Account Manager in IT Consulting
  • Strong motivation to develop business in the Outsourcing area
  • Previous experience in team leadership and management (valued)
  • Good English skills (minimum B2 – mandatory)
  • Availability to work remotely from Spain
