Formación

What’s the opportunity?

We are seeking a skilled Business Intelligence Data Analytics Engineer to support and enhance our data solutions. This role involves maintaining and improving our Business Intelligence platform, ensuring performance, scalability, and process efficiency. Collaboration with team members will be essential to meet various data needs effectively.

What will I be doing?
  • Sustaining and enhancing our data environment
  • Implementing and maintaining data pipelines with attention to performance, quality, and consistency
  • Designing and building the Medallion Architecture to optimize data processing across different tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold)
  • Detecting and resolving errors to ensure reliability
  • Proactively planning for future needs and improvements
  • Developing and maintaining data documentation
  • Contributing to standards and best practices for data solutions
  • Supporting adoption of new tools
  • Assisting with ad-hoc data extraction and reporting requests
  • Collaborating with leadership on BI data strategy and Data Governance initiatives
  • Keeping up with industry standards and technological advancements
What skills do I need?
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Engineering, Big Data Analytics, Computer Engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Data Analytics Engineer, Data Engineer, or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, Python, Spark
  • Experience with data modeling and optimization/tuning techniques for platforms like Amazon Redshift, BigQuery
  • Background in cloud data solutions (AWS, Google Cloud GCP)
  • Knowledge of Airflow and DBT
  • Team player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
