As a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be a key contributor in developing reliable data models, generating actionable insights, and improving business performance across departments. Within a dynamic travel tech environment, you'll work closely with stakeholders to turn data into meaningful decision-making tools.
You'll work hands-on with SQL, Google BigQuery and Looker (Google Cloud), developing scalable BI solutions that support day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives.
Design, build, and optimize data models in Google BigQuery to support business analysis and reporting
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reporting layers
Translate business needs into data requirements and BI solutions through close collaboration with stakeholders
Support the rollout and adoption of self-service analytics, enabling teams to work more independently with data
Contribute to the maintenance and continuous improvement of the BI infrastructure and documentation
Degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
3 + years of experience in Business Intelligence, data analysis, or data engineering
Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with Google BigQuery
Experience working on cross-functional BI projects in agile environments
Ability to automate reporting processes and build alert systems based on business KPIs
Experince in Looker for building reports and data models
Python experience for data processing or automation
Familiarity with additional BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
Experience working with GA4, Google Ads, or Google Hotel Ads APIs
Ability to communicate data insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on business impact
Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
