Your Responsibilities :

• You will support your team in the administration, configuration, monitoring and maintenance of the entire IT infrastructure (including peripheral devices) and ensure smooth system stability, security and performance.
• You take on the technical and disciplinary management of the IT support team.
• As part of 1st, 2nd and possibly 3rd level support, you will analyze and resolve internal errors and faults.
• You take care of security issues, such as installing patches and virus protection.
• You create and maintain our (system) documentation.
• Together with your team, you plan and implement IT projects.
• You support the procurement and provision of hardware and software and work together with external service providers.

Your Profile :

• You have a degree in (business) informatics or a comparable qualification (e.g. IT specialist for system integration).
• With at least three years of professional experience in system administration, you have already successfully demonstrated your knowledge.
• You have very good specialist knowledge of Microsoft (Windows Server / Clients).
• You also already have a sound knowledge of networking (DNS, DHCP, network protocols and services).
• You are familiar with virtualization technologies such as VMware and know your way around Microsoft Azure in the area of cloud computing.
• You have already gained extensive experience in employee management.
• Scripting and automation using PowerShell is also part of your skillset.
• You also have experience with storage systems (SAN, NAS) and backup solutions and are familiar with IT security protocols and measures (e.g. ISO27001, BSI IT-Grundschutz).
• You enjoy working in a team, are service-oriented and can communicate technical topics to different target groups in the company in an understandable way.
• Initial experience with audits and checks to ensure compliance with standards is an advantage.
• Good written and spoken German and English skills round off your profile.
