About the role

As a Senior Business Development Representative, you will be a key member of the sales team, responsible for generating new business opportunities and contributing to the growth of Inspectorio. Your primary focus will be on identifying and qualifying leads, engaging with potential clients, and fostering relationships to drive revenue. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the industry.

What you'll do

Lead Generation :

  • Proactively identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including research, cold calling, and networking.
  • Utilize market intelligence and industry trends to identify new business opportunities.

Client Engagement :

  • Engage with prospects through effective communication and presentations, showcasing the value proposition of our products and services.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and articulate how our solutions address client needs.

Relationship Building :

  • Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their business challenges and needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to client onboarding.

Market Analysis :

  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies in the sector.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to internal teams based on market analysis.
  • Manage and prioritize a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and progress tracking.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to convert qualified leads into opportunities and revenue.
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and other cross-functional teams to align strategies and messaging.
  • Provide feedback to enhance marketing materials and improve lead generation efforts.

Metrics and Reporting :

  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs), including lead conversion rates, pipeline growth, and revenue generated.
  • Provide regular updates to management on progress and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or related client-facing roles.
  • Proven track record of successfully generating and qualifying leads in a SaaS or B2B environment.
  • Strong understanding of products, services, and solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of lead generation strategies and techniques, including cold outreach, networking, and use of sales tools
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to identify new business opportunities.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to track KPIs, prepare reports, and deliver regular business updates.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
  • Multilingual proficiency is strongly preferred : Fluency in English is required, and candidates must speak at least two of the following languages : Spanish, Italian, French.
