Role Overview

We seek experienced Business Development Managers to drive sales across our service lines in 2025, focusing on Player Engagement services such as Player Support, Player Safety, Helpshift ticketing, and Community Management. This remote role, based in Europe, involves leading strategic sales initiatives, building client relationships, and expanding our offerings to shape the future of our business.

Open to locations across Europe, including Poland, Romania, Spain, and the UK.

Requirements
What we're looking for:
  • Leadership: Designing and executing sales strategies, supporting account management, and ensuring client success.
  • Communication: Representing Keywords at industry events, collaborating across teams to target high-potential clients.
