We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead business development in the Management Consulting Area. As our ideal candidate, you will identify, pursue and close international commercial opportunities, driving growth and expansion for our team.

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify business opportunities through various company resources in existing and new markets.
  • Develop specialized technical, financial and administrative competitive bids by coordinating with technical experts.
  • Maintain and expand partnerships with experts.
  • Support contract negotiations with clients and partners.
  • Monitor market trends to identify new services and activities aligned with our goals.
  • Participate in international commercial missions and sectoral events.
  • Lead marketing activities in your area (social media and materials).

Required Skills and Qualifications :

You must have more than 10 years of experience. A professional with demonstrated success in international public sector tenders, preferably funded by multilateral institutions (the World Bank, Asian Development Bank, etc). Experience in energy, water or infrastructure sectors, particularly in emerging markets, is desirable. You should be business-oriented, flexible when dealing with counterparts from varied cultural and hierarchical backgrounds. Excellent English skills, both oral and written; French is an asset. Time management skills and commitment to meet strict deadlines are essential. Availability to travel is required. Advanced use of MS Office is necessary.
