Responsibilities

Are you ready to join the journey of Rituals? This role is focused on elevating our business control in Spain and Portugal. These regions aim to increase brand awareness and develop an omni-channel presence. You will be part of the local management team in Barcelona, providing insights to support data-driven decision making. You will master the Plan & Control cycle across all Lines of Businesses and support sustainable growth in these markets. Additionally, as part of our Control & Analytics team in Amsterdam, you will engage in cross-functional projects to enable proactive business performance analysis.

Your Accountabilities

• Act as a business partner to local market teams in planning, analysis, and reporting performance.
• Execute the Plan & Control cycle, from planning to insightful reporting.
• Master Store Sales & KPI analysis, including promotions, events, product launches, and expansion plans.
• Provide P&L insights across all Lines of Businesses : Retail, Digital, Wholesale, and B2B.
• Deliver proactive business analyses linking financial insights to strategies and operations.
• Improve reporting, analytics, and processes.

Candidate Profile

• Master’s degree in business economics or related fields.
• 4-6 years of experience as a Controller.
• Strong analytical, communication, and consulting skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably retail or FMCG.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, both verbal and written.

You are flexible, assertive, and committed to continuous improvement. You value accuracy, teamwork, and are comfortable working independently in both analytical and interpersonal contexts.
