About the team
We're building a new CX Strategy Consulting team at Atento to help our clients reimagine the user experience of their customers.
This team will be responsible for understanding clients' needs and crafting holistic, end-to-end, tech-enabled CX solutions to enable our clients to deliver best-in-class customer experiences.
You will work in a cross-functional team with CX Business Consultants, CX Design Consultants, and CX Architecture Consultants to develop custom CX solutions and will champion Atento’s shift from call center solutions to a tech-driven holistic CX solutions provider.
About the job
As a CX Business Consultant, you will develop and implement customer-centric strategies aligned with client objectives. Your responsibilities include conducting market research, creating compelling business cases, and presenting strategic proposals to client stakeholders, including C-level executives. You will collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., technology and design) to ensure solutions are innovative and feasible.
