Senior Commercial Analytics Business Consultants work within the Commercial Strategy function, delivering data-driven solutions and insights to the pharmaceutical industry. You will leverage Veeva’s proprietary data sets, providing recommendations on segmentation, targeting, digital maturity, KPI definition, and engagement planning.

This role involves working directly with clients, managing projects, and contributing to business development. Responsibilities include leading complex projects, shaping practice strategy, mentoring team members, and developing new data offerings. You will also provide industry insights, lead proposals, and create thought leadership to differentiate Veeva in the market.

Requirements:

• Strong academic background
• 7+ years' experience in a data-oriented role within business consulting or the life sciences industry
• Commercial acumen and curiosity
• Familiarity with channel & sales data (e.g., IQVIA)
• Deep experience with Tableau, PowerBI, and data visualization tools
• Experience with modeling tools and techniques
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Interpersonal skills, independent work capability, and collaboration skills
• Interest in healthcare and life sciences trends
• Desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Influence and persuade stakeholders effectively
• Ability to guide and develop junior colleagues

Nice to Have:

• MBA or PhD
• Knowledge of R, Python, or similar
• Experience with SaaS, CRM, marketing software
• Languages: French, German, or Spanish at professional/native level
