EcoVadis is looking to hire an experienced Senior Salesforce & GTM Applications Business Analyst to join our company! As a Senior Salesforce & GTM Applications Business Analyst, you would analyze business processes, gather requirements, design and test Salesforce & GTM Applications solutions.

You will also be required to work closely with business stakeholders and other members of the team. You would also be expected to have knowledge about integrating salesforce solutions with other enterprise cloud technology systems and meet other business requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Work with key stakeholders and product owners to anticipate and understand detailed requirements, impacts and functional specifications.
• Create configurable solutions that comprise workflows, reports, custom objects, and validation rules.
• Create user stories and process flows to support the design and development of technical solutions for our delivery teams.
• Formulate and maintain Salesforce and other GTM applications solution documentation. (, process flows, data models, and technical specifications)
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities for product and process optimization.
• Educates and promotes CRM standard procedures to guarantee that the solutions produced are highest in class for the business's overall strategy and ethos.
• Assist the product owner in defining value and priority and selecting scope for upcoming releases and sprints by facilitating the continuing backlog grooming process.
• Define Acceptance Criteria of features
• Plan and Perform QA testing
• Given the steep growth of EcoVadis, your role and responsibilities will be permanently evolving and might encompass part, all or more of the above.

Qualifications

Requirements and Skills :

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, management information systems, or a closely related discipline is required
• 3+ years of strong working knowledge of Salesforce, Hubspot, Aircall, Lead Routing, Marketing Automation and other GTM applications as a Business Analyst or Product Owner
• Excellent knowledge of and shown proven expertise with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ
• Ability to apply critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced atmosphere while managing various requests is needed
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities, as well as the ability to communicate successfully with both technical and non-technical customers
• Excellent knowledge of Scrum, Agile, SAFe, DevOps, and technology such as Jira and Confluence
• Salesforce implementation experience across the whole Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Proven analytical, organizational and problem solving skills
• Experienced in writing functional and technical requirements
