Astek Iberia seeks an experienced Business Analyst to join a leading client in the airline and aviation sector, contributing to digital transformation within a large-scale customer service environment. You will define and document requirements, manage the backlog, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver API-driven solutions. English fluency required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in large-scale projects and Agile environments.
• Affinity with digital front-end and API-based solutions.
• Ability to read ADRs, flow charts and network diagrams.
• Experience backlog management and prioritisation.

Responsabilités

• Define and document business requirements, tasks, and product evolutions.
• Maintain and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Prioritise requirements and tasks based on business value and stakeholder needs.
• Define clear acceptance criteria to support successful delivery.
• Coordinate and support cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Provide a global vision of product evolution and ensure consistency across initiatives.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
