Job Description

This role involves developing and maintaining advanced tools to manage and track specific margin components (Supplier overrides, Client overrides, Reverse overrides). These tools will enable teams to control, report, track, accrue, and invoice within their scope. Additionally, the role supports the overall profitability process by maintaining and improving related processes.

Accountabilities & Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain forecasting models to estimate margin components.
2. Create advanced tools for tracking, reporting, and assessing the company's profitability performance.
3. Manage and control existing advanced developments used within Financial Performance for profitability oversight.
4. Support the implementation of near real-time pricing decision tools.
5. Collaborate with finance teams to provide analytical support for forecasting.
6. Build and maintain automated reporting solutions for profitability tracking.
7. Provide data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.

Skills

• Master’s degree in business, economics, mathematics, or related fields.
• Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools.
• Programming skills in SQL and Snowflake (minimum 4 years experience).
• Python programming skills (preferred).
• Experience with statistical analysis.
• Experience with Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex data clearly.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to learn and apply advanced data analytics techniques (e.g., DBT, Python, Machine Learning).

Experience

• At least 2-3 years in roles such as commercial analysis, business analysis, pricing analysis, or related fields, including project leadership.
• Experience presenting analysis and insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Hands-on analytical experience with project leadership.
