Job summary

AECOM is seeking an experienced Building Performance Analyst to join our Building Physics team in Madrid. The candidate will develop and manage detailed energy models for diverse building types, using leading simulation tools to evaluate performance and identify improvements.

The role requires strong CFD knowledge, HVAC systems expertise, and the ability to translate complex results into clear recommendations for clients and multidisciplinary design teams. Excellent communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in Building Performance Analysis.
• Experience with CFD simulations for airflow and heat transfer.
• Proven ability to deliver actionable energy conservation recommendations.
• Strong understanding of building physics and HVAC systems.
