AECOM Spain is seeking a Senior Fire & Risk Engineer to deliver advanced fire safety solutions across building and industrial facilities within multi-disciplinary projects.

You will lead performance-based designs using CFD and other modelling tools, coordinate with teams, and mentor junior staff in a dynamic hybrid Madrid-based environment. This role supports international projects and client-focused delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Fire Protection Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Proficiency with international and local codes/standards (NFPA, EN/BS, IBC) and performance-based design methods.

Responsabilités

• Design and deliver advanced fire safety solutions across building and industrial facilities.
• Lead performance-based designs using computational tools (CFD, fire modelling, egress simulation).
• Coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams to align fire protection with project goals.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to project winning and delivery.
