AECOM is seeking a Senior Engineer with experience in bridges and/or structures design to join the Enterprise Capabilities team in Madrid. The role involves working on iconic transportation projects with a multinational, multidisciplinary team, contributing from concept to detailed design.

Formación

• Master degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• 5+ years of experience on bridges and/or structures designs, with international and multicultural teams.
• Familiarity with international standards (AASTHO, AREMA, Australian Codes, British Standards).
• Proficiency in engineering software for bridges/structures (Midas Civil preferred; others like CSiBridge, SAP2000).
• Experience in North America/ANZ region is a plus.
• Fluent in English (oral and written).

Responsabilidades

• Work as part of a bridges and structures team with designers from EC offices.
• Coordinate and lead small design teams on a project.
• Conduct noncomplex value engineering evaluations and alternative designs.
• Work autonomously within established procedures and priorities.
• Perform quality control reviews of design calculations or drawings.
• Ensure project goals, milestones and budgets are met.
• Prepare complex project deliverables with junior staff supervision.
