About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Brand Designer to join our creative team. You will be instrumental in shaping Oyster’s brand identity, ensuring consistency and excellence across all visual communications. Your work will span digital ads, email visuals, partner marketing, event assets, and community advocacy materials.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and execution of creative assets across digital channels, aligning with brand identity and goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to support campaigns and initiatives.
  • Develop scalable visual systems for brand consistency and efficiency.
  • Partner with external agencies to manage creative projects and uphold standards.
  • Provide thought leadership in visual storytelling and campaign design.
  • Mentor contractors and foster a creative, growth-oriented culture.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to bring innovative ideas to the team.
Requirements
  • 5+ years in brand design with a strong portfolio across digital and traditional media.
  • Experience creating assets for campaigns, events, and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Expertise in designing and scaling visual systems for brand consistency.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant tools.
  • Video design experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or equivalent experience.
