Position : Senior Biostatistician

We are seeking a Senior Biostatistician to work 100% remotely on a permanent basis. We consider candidates from Poland, Spain, or the UK.

As a Senior Biostatistician, you will lead statistical analysis activities for clinical research projects, maintaining open communication regarding study execution, timelines, data quality, and result interpretation. Collaboration and clear communication are essential in our team-oriented environment, along with careful attention to detail to uphold our high standards.

Responsibilities

Lead statistical activities on complex clinical trials from development to closeout.

Design scientifically sound research projects, defining objectives, design, populations, and sample sizes.

Author statistical sections of study documents such as protocols and SAPs.

Perform various statistical analyses using software like SAS and R, including advanced methodologies.

Create data documentation for TMFs and regulatory submissions.

Investigate innovative approaches for study design and analysis, providing strategic recommendations.

Communicate results effectively to sponsors and investigators.

Ensure timely and accurate communication of project progress and issues.

Mentor junior staff and contribute to internal initiatives and SOPs.

Participate in budgets, proposals, and business development activities.

Prepare regulatory submission data and represent sponsors at FDA meetings.

Requirements

Master's degree or higher in biostatistics, statistics, or related field.

At least 5 years of experience in statistical analysis for clinical research.

Proficiency in SAS; R proficiency is a plus.

Strong communication skills.

Attention to detail and high-quality standards.

Ability to think critically and adapt quickly.
