Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Senior Ontologist for Biologics Discovery, to design and govern semantic models that enable knowledge graphs, data products, and AI/ML across biologics workflows.

You will work with experimental scientists, data scientists, and platform teams to translate complex biology into computable ontologies, ensuring data provenance and interoperability across the molecule lifecycle.

Formación

• Advanced degree in Biomedical Informatics or related field.
• 3+ years in ontology engineering and knowledge modeling.
• Proficiency with OWL, RDF(S), SKOS, SHACL, SPARQL, and design patterns.
• Experience with graph/semantic technologies (e.g., Neo4j, GraphDB, Neptune, Stardog, Protégé).

Responsabilidades

• Design, release, and govern ontology modules and vocabularies.
• Publish API-ready semantic assets for KG and AI/ML workflows.
• Collaborate with scientists to translate concepts into computable models.
• Align biologics semantics with enterprise governance standards.
• Support AI and retrieval systems with semantic data quality.
