Cint is seeking a senior BI/data engineering leader to design and maintain scalable data pipelines and advanced dashboards for executive and analyst use. The role emphasizes data governance, KPI definition, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced, remote-friendly setting.

You will work with modern data warehousing (Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery), dbt, and enterprise BI tools, mentoring teammates and driving data-informed decisions across the organization.

Formación

• 5+ years in BI engineering or data engineering.
• Experience with multiple data sources and unified data models.
• Cloud data warehousing experience (Databricks, Snowflake or BigQuery). Prefer Databricks.
• Strong dimensional modeling knowledge (Star/Snowflake) and modern data stack tools (dbt).
• Expert SQL skills and performance tuning.
• Deep BI tooling expertise (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Sigma). Prefer Omni + Power BI.
• Ability to translate business questions into technical requirements for leadership.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum and working with global teams; 100% remote option available.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain scalable automated data pipelines (ETL/ELT) for complex analytics.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools for executives and analysts.
• Establish data governance, metadata management, and data quality practices.
• Audit and optimize SQL queries and dashboard performance for low latency.
• Partner with non-technical stakeholders to define KPIs and translate requirements.
• Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers on data modeling and visualization.
