Cint is seeking an experienced BI/data engineer to design scalable data pipelines and sophisticated dashboards that empower executives and analysts. You will optimize SQL performance, govern data quality, and mentor junior engineers in a fast-paced, globally distributed team.

The role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders to define KPIs, build robust data models, and leverage cloud warehouses such as Databricks, Snowflake or BigQuery to deliver insights at scale.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, IS, Statistics, or related quantitative field.
• 5+ years in BI/data engineering or a highly technical analytics role.
• Strong SQL, data modeling and data warehousing fundamentals.

Responsabilidades

• Pipeline & Data Modeling: Design, build, and maintain scalable automated data pipelines (ETL/ELT) and data models to support complex analytical requirements.
• Strategic Visualization: Develop dashboards and reporting tools for executive leadership and analysts.
• Data Governance: Establish metadata, documentation, and data quality practices for a single source of truth.
• Performance Optimization: Audit and optimize SQL queries and dashboard performance for low-latency data access.
• Stakeholder Partnership: Act as a technical consultant to define KPIs and translate business questions into technical needs.
• Mentorship: Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers on data modeling and visualization.
