Formación

Job Description:

Senior Behavioral Data Analyst

Location: Remote from Spain (Spanish employment contract)

We're looking for a data-savvy expert to help design and implement a new behavioral analytics approach across our ecosystem. You’ll be part of a cross-functional initiative focused on improving user understanding and translating insights into actionable strategies for personalization, audience activation, and reporting.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in behavioral data analysis (web/app/CRM/media signals) or data science
  • Hands-on skills in SQL and/or Python for data analysis
  • Familiarity with customer journey mapping and audience segmentation
  • Experience working with CDP and/or MA platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Adobe Campaign, mParticle, Segment)
  • Excellent communication skills; comfortable leading technical conversations with cross-functional teams
  • Advanced English

Nice to have:

  • Background in CRM, MarTech, media attribution, or e-commerce/telco
  • Experience with 1P media setup and campaign measurement
  • Understanding of retention, incrementality, and conversion modeling

Responsibilities:

  • Explore and analyze large-scale behavioral data to uncover meaningful patterns
  • Translate business needs into data questions and patterns into clear recommendations
  • Help prioritize marketing and activation efforts
  • Collaborate with global teams and vendors on data use cases and frameworks
  • Support communication between stakeholders and technical teams by defining priorities and technical feasibility
  • Support initiatives like digital log consolidation, feature snapshot creation, and behavioral modeling
