Position Overview

  • Coordinate and manage the daily operations of the cafe.
  • Ensure compliance with company guidelines and support the manager as needed.
  • Drive sales and ATV to meet monthly targets.
  • Maintain a safe, clean work environment following audit and AP standards.
  • Supervise, lead, and motivate staff.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction, address complaints, and resolve issues.
  • Create a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere for customers.
  • Demonstrate good communication and leadership skills.
  • Support staff in resolving customer issues and delivering excellent service.
  • Greet customers and provide high-quality beverages and recommendations.
  • Coordinate orders with other baristas for smooth service.
  • Manage stock and coffee supply orders.
  • Keep records of hygiene audits, including temperature controls.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the coffee bar area and organize service as needed.
  • Train and set standards for baristas.
  • Monitor hygiene and cleaning standards.
  • Build friendly relationships with customers to foster loyalty and enhance reputation.
  • Handle customer complaints professionally when managers are unavailable.
