Senior Backstage Developer - Freelance | Remote from Spain

E-Frontiers is currently partnering with a leading tech company to find a Senior Backstage Developer for a long-term freelance project. This is a key role where you'll join a highly collaborative team working on impactful software solutions.

We're looking for someone based in Spain with solid hands-on experience in Backstage, React, and a full-stack development mindset.

Must Have:

• Strong experience with Backstage
• Solid experience with React and JavaScript
• Python
• Full-stack development background

Nice to Have:

• CI / CD pipelines
• GitHub Actions
• Vue.js
• Azure / Azure DevOps

What you'll do:

• Work in cross-functional teams with engineers, analysts, designers, and product managers to build meaningful solutions.
• Write clean, reusable code using TDD and pair programming.
• Build distributed systems based on microservices.
• Ensure strong DevOps practices using modern CI / CD tools.
• Mentor more junior developers.
• Contribute your voice to shape tech decisions and best practices.

Work setup:

• Remote from Spain only
• Contract: Freelance / Long-term
• Start date: ASAP
