We are seeking a Senior Python Backend Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of AI products in the Customer Experience (CX) field.

You will work closely with Machine Learning Engineers, Product Managers, and Frontend Developers to design, build, and maintain scalable backend systems.

You will play a key role in ensuring the performance, reliability and seamless integration of backend services with machine learning models and user-facing applications.

What you'll need :

6+ years of experience in Backend roles.

Strong proficiency in Python and backend system design.

Experience leading technical projects and mentoring team members.

Strong communication skills in English.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Solid understanding of database systems (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Pytest).

Experience with modern CI / CD practices and tools (e.g., GitLab CI, ArgoCD).

Proven ability to write reliable, maintainable, and well-tested code, with a focus on automation and quality assurance.

Familiarity with Docker for containerization

What's nice to have :

Experience with AWS infrastructure and services as developer (S3, RDS)

Knowledge of frontend frameworks to collaborate with frontends team

Exposure to SonarQube or other code quality tools.

Familiarity with languages like .NET and dealing with legacy code is a plus.
