The Opportunity

As a Senior Back-End Engineer at Adhera Health, you'll play a key role in our mission. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on purpose-driven digital products, leveraging tech like PHP Laravel, AWS, Docker, and Terraform. Engage in a fully remote role, enjoying autonomy and direct involvement with our CTO and Director of Product.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and mentor the engineering team
• Contribute to daily sprints and product development
• Maintain and optimize our platform for performance and security

What You'll Do

• Collaborate in an agile, team-centric environment
• Deliver user-facing applications aligned with business goals

Qualifications

Must-Haves)

• BS in Computer Science
• 7+ years developing software with agile teams
• Proficiency in Laravel, PostgreSQL, Docker, AWS, CI / CD, Terraform
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and communication skills
• Experience mentoring and promoting code quality
• Solution design and architecture coding

Strongly Preferred :

• Leadership experience in software delivery teams
• Testing tools proficiency
