Oliver Bernard is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to design and scale the core systems behind an AI-driven automation platform. You will join a small team delivering event-driven microservices powering enterprise-grade AI products from Spain, with remote options across Europe.

You will design, build and operate backend systems, optimise Kafka-based event processing, and collaborate with AI teams to integrate LLMs, DI engines, and observability tooling in a modern CI/CD workflow.

Formación

• Senior backend engineer with experience building scalable microservices.
• Experience with Go or Python in production.
• Experience with Kafka and event-driven architectures.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and operate the backend systems behind our automation platform.
• Design and optimise event-driven systems with Apache Kafka.
• Contribute to a microservices environment.
• Collaborate closely with AI teams to integrate LLMs and reasoning engines.
• Work with GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines and observability tools.
