Capitole seeks a Senior Software Engineer (Backend) to join a fully remote engineering team. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems powering innovative products, collaborating with engineers and product teams throughout the lifecycle.

The role emphasizes strong backend languages (Python/Java/Node.js/Go), RESTful APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes). Occasional meetups may occur across Spain, including Córdoba.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of backend software development experience.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, Node.js, or Go.
• Experience with relational/noSQL databases and RESTful APIs.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve backend software.
• Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Collaborate with front-end teams, product managers, and designers.
• Participate in code reviews and troubleshoot production issues.
• Contribute to architectural discussions and mentor junior engineers.
