FYUL is seeking a Senior Back-end Software Engineer to join the Commerce Pillar. You will shape our commerce solutions by building reliable, scalable systems and collaborating with product teams.

• 5+ years backend development experience with PHP or Node.js.
• Strong knowledge of high-load architectures, distributed systems, DDD and CQRS.
• Solid understanding of SOLID, TDD, CI/CD and Agile practices.
• Experience debugging, unit testing and optimizing performance.
• Comfortable using Claude as an LLM partner for architecture brainstorming and code generation.

Responsabilidades

• Core development: Write and ship high-quality, scalable code, while identifying and addressing areas for improvement across the codebase.
• Product collaboration: Work closely with product managers and stakeholders, applying product thinking to every technical decision.
• Engineering culture: Contribute actively to the team through code reviews, refactoring, testing, and pair programming.
• Ownership & Execution: Take ownership of the design and execution of your initiatives, driving prioritized bug fixes and platform improvements.
• Continuous Growth: Engage in knowledge-sharing activities and continuously develop technical and soft skills through best practices.
