Pluxee España is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to join the Payments Squad. You will build and optimize backend services handling high-volume traffic with data consistency and reliability.

You will evolve systems into scalable, event-driven architectures and perform comprehensive testing, code reviews, and mentoring. Fluency in Spanish and English is required to collaborate with global teams.

Formación

• Proven Senior Expertise: 5+ years of experience developing production-grade backend apps.
• Experience in Node.js ecosystem is a plus.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Build and optimize robust backend services capable of handling high-volume traffic with 100% data consistency and reliability.
• Evolve existing systems into scalable, event-driven architectures to meet global product requirements.
• Perform comprehensive testing (unit, integration, acceptance) and load simulations; participate in code reviews; mentor junior engineers.
